We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and free of any signs of wear.
- In its original packaging, with all accessories included.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Beauty and skincare products that have been opened.
- Final sale items marked as "Non-Refundable".
2. Return Process
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Approval: Our team will review your request and send detailed instructions.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective or incorrectly shipped items). We recommend using a tracking service to ensure timely delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
- If the item does not meet the required conditions, your return may be denied or a partial refund may be offered.
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the mistake was ours. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please follow these steps within 15 days:
- Email us at support@inovachic.com with photos of the item and your order number.
- Our team will review the case, and if approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
- Depending on the case, we may require the item to be returned before processing a replacement or refund.
6. International Returns
For international orders (outside the U.S.), the return process is the same. However, the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with the return.
