What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt shipping. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will be in processing and cannot be changed.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, but it can take up to 20 business days in rare cases due to customs or local postal delays.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to track the delivery.
My order is taking longer than expected, what should I do?
If the maximum delivery time of 20 business days is exceeded, please contact us so we can check with the carrier.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Yes! We accept returns within 15 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
How do I request a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to the original payment method.
